We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage key customer accounts, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • You will oversee SLA management, customer invoicing, and financial analysis for after sales and spare parts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer accounts and strong relationships
  • Ensure SLA compliance and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Generate customer invoices and resolve billing issues
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Generate monthly statements of account for our customers
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly accounts for aftersales and spare parts, including revenue,costs, and profitability analysis.
  • Conduct profit analysis per client on a monthly basis
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous business improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage ERP, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
