Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary

  • Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Head Office team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive financial management support while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • This role requires accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain effective financial controls.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccounting Functions

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Process payments and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and auditing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Liaise with vendors as needed.

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in accounting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong knowledge and experience withTally accounting software.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
