Blessed IKD Enterprises, Abuja’s largest Fish distribution company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage company accounts, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile branch sales reports with bank deposits.
• Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and statutory obligations.
• Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements.
• Support the CFO with audits, financial controls, and cost analysis.
• Train branch staff and Regional Coordinators on financial reporting compliance.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collect daily sales and expenditure reports from branches (via Regional Coordinators).
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash balances.
• Track accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare financial snapshots for GM.
• Update inventory cost and margin analysis.
• Flag anomalies, potential fraud, or inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years experience in accounting/finance roles (preferably FMCG, retail, or distribution).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
