Job Title: Accounting Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple business units.
  • You will ensure proper bookkeeping, timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and provide accurate financial data to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Record and post all financial transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and inter-company balances.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation of inflows and outflows.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements (e.g. tax filings, pension).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience (multi-company structure preferred).
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax regulations.

Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
