We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Locations: Abuja and Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Maintain front desk operations, including registration and appointment coordination
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and hospital documentation
  • Support administrative functions including filing, scheduling, and data entry
  • Assist in organizing meetings, hospital events, and community outreach
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure a welcoming environment for families and children

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in administration, public relations, or related field
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Friendly demeanor with compassion for children and families.
