About the Role

  • We’re seeking a curious and data-driven AI/ML Engineer who thrives on uncovering patterns where others see noise.
  • You’ll join a small, high-trust team focused on applying AI/ML in novel, real-world contexts.
  • Your work will go beyond experiments — you’ll help design intelligent systems that learn, adapt, and evolve in production environments.

What You’ll Do
Model Development & Experimentation:

  • Research, design, and train machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and optimization tasks
  • Build prototypes and run experiments to validate hypotheses and model performance
  • Continuously refine algorithms for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Explore large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights
  • Translate findings into features, signals, and improvements that enhance product functionality
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and preprocessing pipelines for ML readiness

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to integrate models into production systems
  • Communicate complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and retraining of deployed models

Deployment & Optimization:

  • Implement scalable ML solutions in real-world environments
  • Leverage cloud ML platforms and APIs for training, deployment, and monitoring
  • Optimize runtime performance to balance accuracy, speed, and cost

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, applied AI, or data science
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Demonstrated ability to design experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly
  • Comfort working independently in unstructured problem spaces and ambiguous environments
  • A mindset of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning
