Job Overview
- We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-let apartments.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that all units are guest-ready, manage bookings, coordinate with service providers, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of all apartments
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and booking schedules
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
- Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and vendors
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance, and expenses
- Assist with staging and photography for marketing listings
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property or hospitality management
- Familiarity with booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Must be residing within Lekki-Ajah axes
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
