Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. This is a fully office-based position, ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality designs that align with project standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, designs, and detailed plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and seamless project execution.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, presentation models, and construction documentation.
• Conduct design reviews, adjustments, and compliance checks based on regulatory requirements and client feedback.
• Participate in project meetings and provide professional support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, safety, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3 to 8 years proven experience in architectural design and project development.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and Nigerian regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a structured office environment.
