Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Kaduna & Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading Food Service and Retail sales across Kano and Kaduna, delivering revenue targets, expanding distribution, strengthening key customer relationships, and coaching a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Food Service and Retail sales operations to achieve/exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, coverage, and activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and coach the sales team; track performance and report to management.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in frozen foods sales with a strong record of target achievement.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the Kano & Kaduna markets and hospitality trends.

Salary
Negotiable.
