Modelling Consults & Investments Limited – Our client is a medium-sized growing company, manufacturing sachet water (popularly called pure-water). The company is situated along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Lagos State, Nigeria.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Driver (Sachet Water Sales)

Location: Lagos

Reporting to: Dual Reporting (Driver)

Job Summary

  • We are recruiting for a medium-sized growing company manufacturing sachet water (popularly called pure-water). The company is situated along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Lagos State, Nigeria.
  • The Assistant driver is to assist the main driver. You may or not know how to drive but the role is to assist the driver in the sales of sachet water using a Volvo Car.

The Job

  • Loading of sachet water bags into the vehicle anytime the vehicle is going for sales
  • Loading is done a day preceding the day of sales.
  • Distribution of the sachet water to customers
  • Understanding each customer style of operations
  • Knowing each customer by name and location
  • Support the driver in collecting the sales proceeds before closing -A MUST
  • Re-packaging of the water into packing bags where necessary
  • Rendering all supports to the driver to carry out the sales role very well in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Assisting to ensure that the vehicle is constantly fit for sales job.

The Person we are looking for

  • Must be very energetic and hardworking
  • Must be ready to work under pressure
  • Must be trustworthy and dependable
  • Must be someone that can read, write and count
  • Must be ready to live within the factory accommodation
  • Must be a MALE
  • Age should be between 20 and 28 years
  • Must be someone ready to work in any part of the company (production, marketing administration etc).
  • Must be neat; of good attitude and very HONEST.
  • Must be ready to receive money on behalf of the company and report appropriately in an error-free manner
  • Must be focused, result-driven and knows what he is doing.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 per month.

  • Entitled to a phone recharge card of N2,000 per month
  • Will be given a phone to work with (But it remains the property of the company)
  • Free accommodation
  • Daily food allowance of N750 per day (another N22,500 monthly)
  • Medical bonus of N5,000 per month.
