Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Operations & Facilities

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant General Manager (AGM) Operations to oversee our construction waste management project.
- The role requires a blend of business management, facilities expertise, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations in construction waste and facility management.
- Develop and implement business growth, marketing, and client development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards are strictly followed.
- Present reports and business proposals to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Business Operations, Facilities, Real Estate, Architecture, or Construction.
- Minimum of B.Sc. in a relevant discipline (Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, etc.).
- Certification in Facility Management (IFMA) is mandatory.
- Membership of professional bodies is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, business development, and presentation skills.
Salary
N500,000 – N750,000 monthly + 5% commission.
