Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for an Atl & Retail Marketing Manager located in Nigeria, with some work-from-home flexibility.
  • The Atl & Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that promote the brand through above-the-line (ATL) media channels and retail marketing initiatives.
  • Daily tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing relationships with retail partners, conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and optimizing marketing performance through data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in developing and executing ATL marketing strategies, including media planning and advertising
  • Proficiency in retail marketing, including in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and retail partner management
  • Strong market research and consumer analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with retail partners and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in data analysis and reporting to drive marketing optimization
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
