Job Title: Barman / Mixologist

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain bar stock, inventory, and ensure supplies are replenished.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Monitor guest behavior and comply with legal drinking regulations.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
