Consultants Collaborative Partnership is a one-stop shop for all the need in the built industry. We have under the umbrella of our company the service of Architects, Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Project Managers. We are world class Consultants in the built industry; having a quality management system in the delivery of of our designs to the delight of our client.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: BIM Specialist

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • BIM Implementation and Management: Develop and maintain BIM protocols, standards, and best practices
  • Model Creation and Management: Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Quality Control: Ensure models and documents meet industry standards and project requirements
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain project data for easy access and reference
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and best practices
  • Clash Detection: Identify and resolve conflicts in the design phase to avoid costly rework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in delivering BIM for large-scale, complex construction projects
  • Experience with document management, lifecycle management of BIM models, and data storage formats like DWF and DWG
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes, as well as software like BlueBeam Revu and BIM 360 suite.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to ensure collaboration between teams
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial when creating and managing complex models
  • Adaptability: Staying updated with the latest BIM trends and technologies.
