Job Description:

Manage all operational aspects of the real estate branch including sales, leasing, and property management.

Lead and motivate the sales and property management teams to meet branch targets and KPIs.

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and profitability.

Oversee client relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for properties.

Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience managing a real estate branch or similar operation.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

In-depth knowledge of the Rivers State real estate market.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.

Proficiency in property management and CRM software.
