We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Manager (Hair Care)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Develop and maintain the brand’s image, identity, and messaging.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales growth and revenue through effective brand strategies.
  • Territory Management: Manage and optimize brand presence across different territories or regions
  • Channel Management involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with diverse sales channels, including traditional trade, modern trade, salons, and online platforms, to enhance brand visibility and ensure seamless product accessibility.
  • Support Officer Management: Collaborate with brand owners or stakeholders to align brand strategies and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc. Degree with 5-7 years in sales and marketing.

Skills Needed:

  • Self-motivated and target-drive
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Commercial awareness and computer skills.
