We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Promoter

Locations: Amuwo, Ojo, Ikeja, Alimosho, Kosofe, and Shomolu – Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• As a Brand Promoter at our experiential advertising and marketing agency, you will be the face and energy of our clients’ brands.
• You’ll engage directly with consumers through interactive, on-the-ground marketing campaigns, helping create memorable brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• This is a dynamic role ideal for outgoing individuals passionate about brand storytelling, customer engagement, and delivering high-impact experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge at events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with target audiences in-person to demonstrate products, distribute samples, and communicate key brand messages.
• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events or experiential campaigns.
• Encourage consumer participation in brand activations (e.g., games, contests, sampling, product trials).
• Gather real-time consumer feedback and report insights to campaign managers.
• Accurately track and report promotional activities, inventory, and audience interactions using internal tools or apps.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to optimize event flow and audience engagement.
• Maintain brand integrity and ensure all promotional materials and displays are in excellent condition.

Requirements

• Previous experience in promotions, customer service, events, or sales preferred (but not always required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable initiating conversations with diverse audiences.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality – thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry light promotional materials or displays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor in alignment with brand standards.
• Must be eligible to work in the location of campaigns and willing to travel locally or regionally, depending on activation scope.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
