About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings accurately.
  • Manage and supervise construction sites to ensure safety, organization, and productivity.
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring all work meets building codes and specifications.
  • Enforce and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
  • Track project budgets and timelines—ensuring work is delivered efficiently.
  • Guarantee regulatory and compliance standards are met across all operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly while maintaining steady project progress.
  • Work independently or lead a team to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Builder or in a related construction supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • HSE/OSHA certification is a strong advantage.
  • Trade certification or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field is preferred.
