Compovine Technology Limited currently has branches in Ibadan, Abuja, Lagos, Lokoja, Kano, Kaduna, Jos, Minna, Port Harcourt and Enugu, and we are still expanding.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Building Engineer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Administering maintenance and repair services for buildings.
- Managing new construction projects.
- Maintaining A/C and heating equipment.
- Performing electrical repairs.
- Ensuring building safety and compliance with regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Manage HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee building security and access control mechanisms
- Monitor and log energy and water consumption metrics
- Coordinate with contractors and other service providers for large-scale projects.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 3 years experience.
