Job Title: Business Accountant

Location: Asaba, Delta
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Accountant located in Asaba. The Business Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and conducting financial analysis.
  • Daily tasks will include bookkeeping, budgeting, auditing, reconciling accounts, and providing support for financial planning and strategies.
  • The candidate will collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and assist in financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, auditing, and reconciling accounts
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with accounting software and tools.
