We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Developer Executive
Location: Ikota, Lekki – Lagos
Work Type: Full-time, On-site
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Compulsory)
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities and develop growth strategies
- Generate leads and build lasting client relationships
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Conduct property inspections and secure new business deals.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in conduct.
Salary Range
N100,000 – N280,000 / Month + Attractive Performance-Based Commissions.
