We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the company.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
