Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a competent and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the company’s growth objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of oilfield and energy solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
  • Identify, engage, and close business opportunities in the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and performance reports to management.
  • Represent the company in meetings, trade exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in business development, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of fuel management systems, oilfield services, or related technical products.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
