Petrogap Oil and Gas Limited was incorporated as a response to the emerging trends in the dynamic Oil & Gas industry. We are a wholly indigenous company and registered player in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors of the Oil & Gas industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are recruiting passionate and presentable female graduates (entry-level) who are eager to build a career in the oil and gas sector.
• This role is ideal for candidates who are teachable, adaptable, confident, and fast learners.
• We are also open to experienced professionals (1–3 years) with a background in sales/business development in the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage business relationships with IOCs, DPR, NAPIMS, NNPC, etc.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and pre-qualification documents.
• Participate in negotiations and support strategy execution.
• Monitor market trends and identify upcoming projects.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and generate business leads.

Requirements
For Entry-Level:

• Female graduates (age 21–26 preferred)
• No prior experience required, but must be eager to learn
• Well-presented, articulate, and confident

For Experienced Candidates:

• 1–3 years’ experience in business development (preferably upstream oil & gas)
• Knowledge of industry stakeholders and bidding processes
• Strong networking, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
