We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Integrator

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Business Integrator to drive the alignment of corporate objectives across all organizational levels, ensuring unified direction and efficient execution.
  • The role focuses on integrating business planning, optimizing resources, and coordinating schedules to achieve corporate goals on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Developing corporate plans and performance dashboards, tracking KPIs, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and providing data-driven insights for leadership decisions.
  • The Business Integrator will also monitor strategic projects, manage corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and overall business performance.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or any Project or Business Planning certification is an advantage.
  • Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional (C-SBP) – KPI Institute or Certified Strategic Business Planning Professional (CSBPP) – American Institute of Business Management (AIBM), or Certified Strategy Planning Professional (SPP) – International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP)
  • LEAN, Kaizen or Six Sigma Certification.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience, out of which 3 years would have been in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Proficiency using tools like MS Project, Primavera P6.
  • Proficiency using LEAN/Kaizen work tools.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle principles and tools like Gantt charts, WBS.
  • Strong skills in data interpretation, dashboard development, and performance reporting, like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of ERP or planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
  • Strong expertise in data cross-functional workflow coordination, project management methodologies and data analysis
