Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager, Operations and Maintenance

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

  • The Business Manager (BM) – O&M, New Service Business will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services within the Process Management Division of the organisation.
  • This role will focus on growing the service business portfolio, driving customer acquisition, and positioning us as the partner of choice for long-term O&M solutions across the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.

Minimum Qualification / Experience

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • 10 – 15 years experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within O&M, oilfield services, EPC, or process automation industries.
  • Proven track record of winning service contracts and managing key client accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management.
  • People Management & Leadership Skills.
