Job Description

  • Provide personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring every detail of their stay exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences.
  • Manage room arrangements, dining, and personal requests.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and concierge teams.
  • Provide discreet, professional, and refined service at all times.

Education / Experience

  • Diploma or certification in hospitality or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ butler or VIP service experience in luxury hospitality.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, discretion, and organizational skills.
  • Polished appearance and excellent etiquette.
  • Strong understanding of fine dining and hospitality standards.

General Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards.
