We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Buttercream, Ganache Decorator

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Design and decorate cakes using buttercream and ganache techniques.
  • Create smooth finishes, textures, and creative designs for various occasions.
  • Collaborate with clients to bring their cake concepts to life.
  • Ensure timely delivery of cakes with high-quality finishing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking and decorating area.
  • Stay updated on modern buttercream and ganache decorating trends.
  • Manage decorating supplies and ensure availability for orders.
  • Adhere to food safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
  • 2 – 4 years’ proven experience as a buttercream/ganache cake decorator.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to design wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and themed cakes.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Portfolio of previous cake designs is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
