Job Title: Candy / Pastry Production Officer

Role Summary
- Support candy and confectionery production by preparing ingredients, operating equipment, following recipes, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and follow recipes for candy, chocolate, and pastry products.
- Operate and clean production equipment safely.
- Assist with packaging and labelling finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Support the manager in meeting production targets.
- Report any issues with equipment, ingredients, or processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in pastry, bakery, or candy production preferred (minimum 1–2 years).
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and maintain consistency.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle production tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
