Experience: Minimum 4 years in catering supervision
Education: SSCE or equivalent
Salary: ₦140,000 – ₦270,000 per month

Job Description:

• Supervise catering staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service during events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of catering supplies.
• Train new staff and monitor performance.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of catering operations and events.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in catering supervision

• Knowledge of food safety regulations
