Extramileage Consults Limited – Our client, a luxurious Hotel, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (flexible scheduling), 8 –10 hours daily depending on demand

Requirements

  • Culinary Arts Diploma or equivalent professional certification
  • 3 – 5 years proven experience as a chef in hotels, restaurants, or luxury shortlet apartments
  • Proficiency in Local & Continental cuisine
  • Ict Proficiency: Basic knowledge of kitchen management systems, inventory software, and ability to communicate via email/WhatsApp for orders and reporting.
