DNA Learning Solutions – Our client is a Christ-centered online community that operates from the Yaba / Gbagada axis of Lagos Island. Their mission is to help believers deepen their walk with God so they can act as ambassadors for Jesus Christ within their areas of impact

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Christian Community Manager

Location: Yaba / Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a passionate mission oriented hybrid Christian Community Manager who will help us grow and steward this community from the ground up.

Responsibilities
As Community Manager, you will:

  • Build, nurture, and engage our online community aross WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and Instagram
  • Support of daily online prayer initiative and periodic webinars and programs
  • Publish engaging and relevant content that resonates with the community
  • Create support structures for accountability, engagement, and discipleship.
  • Collaborate with leadership to expand the community’s reach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.
  • A committed mission oriented Christian
  • Passionate about spreading the gospel and discipling others through community.
  • Experienced in online community building and management (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Skilled in communication—both written and spoken—with the ability to inspire, encourage, and guide others.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable creating content and engagement strategies.
  • Tech-savvy familiar with social media platforms and ZOOM
  • Previous experience managing or moderating Christian communities (online or in-person).

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
