Gas Tech International Limited is a Compressed and Natural Gas organisation situated along the Sagamu-Ore expressway in Ilisan, Ikenne local government area, Ogun State.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Civil Engineer / Facility Coordinator
Location: Ilisan, Ogun

Position Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for Managing, maintaining, and improving the organisation’s facilities and infrastructure while providing technical expertise in Civil engineering works, coordinating contractors and artisans, supervising projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting operational efficiency.
- The qualified candidate will bring both engineering knowledge and practical experience in facility management.
Key Functions
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, utilities, and infrastructure to identify and resolve issues.
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and civil engineering works across the organisation.
- Supervise artisans, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Provide technical input for renovation and structural improvement projects.
- Prepare technical and management reports on facility status, projects, and improvements.
- Plan and manage facility maintenance schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Facility Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in civil engineering and facility management.
- Technical knowledge of civil works and maintenance processes
- Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors, and projects effectively.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
