Job Title: Client Liaison Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Summary

  • We are currently seeking a Client Liaison Officer (CLO) to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and an exceptional experience for our patients.
  • The Client Liaison Officer (CLO) serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Nordica Fertility Centre.
  • The role involves managing walk-in and phone enquiries, attending to patients at the front desk, nursing table, and call centre, coordinating patient discharge, and supporting other assigned and patient care activities to ensure excellent patient experience.
  • CLOs may also be required to work at any Nordica Fertility Centre outside the Head Office as directed by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Communication, Social Sciences, or Health-related field).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in client service, healthcare administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational ability.
  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical record systems (an added advantage).
