Job Summary
- The role involves conducting outbound calls, following up on warm and cold leads, and maintaining consistent contact with potential clients to schedule sales meetings.
- You’ll manage CRM updates, nurture leads through effective communication, and ensure smooth coordination between prospects and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients daily.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or messages.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity logs in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call/appointment targets.
- Understand client needs and communicate our offerings clearly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
- Provide timely feedback on call performance and prospect responses.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 years work experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident phone presence.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRMs and digital communication tools.
- Resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Target-driven with consistent follow-through.
Salary
N165,000 per month.
