Job Title: Commis Chef
Location: Ring Road, Ibadan – Oyo

Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to join our team at our cinema outlet.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare meals (including shawarma, fries, wraps, lunch, finger foods and more)
- Ensure all meals are cooked on time, with high-quality presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients and supplies
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist the Main Chef in preparation of food
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety, health standards, and kitchen best practices
- Culinary certification or formal training is an added advantage
- Must be clean, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Strong sense of taste and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Trustworthy and dependable
