Job Title: Community Growth Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Community Growth Manager, you will drive grassroots brand awareness by engaging directly with communities, events, churches, campuses, and local groups.
  • You will onboard users, build micro-communities, and support early trust-building essential for product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-ground activations across communities, churches, events, and hubs
  • Explain product features clearly and guide users through onboarding
  • Build and maintain engaged local communities for continuous growth
  • Run demos and support influencer or ambassador activities
  • Document field insights and provide real-time feedback to the Growth Lead.

Requirements

  • Experience in field marketing, community engagement, or brand activations
  • Strong Lagos community awareness and ability to influence groups
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, confidence, and ability to execute weekly field targets
  • Strong reporting and documentation discipline.
