Position Summary
- The Company Driver is responsible for transporting company staff, clients, efficiently to various destinations.
- This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a thorough understanding of traffic laws and road safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation:Drive company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and materials to and from designated locations.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct daily checks on the vehicle’s condition (e.g., fuel, oil, tire pressure) and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
- Punctuality:Ensure all trips are carried out on schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Safety:Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, and prioritize the safety of all passengers and goods.
- Record-Keeping:Maintain an accurate log of all trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
- Client Service:Provide a courteous and professional service to clients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of professionalism and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
