Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Lagos.
- The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Typical tasks include supervising site staff, managing project control measures, ensuring construction safety standards are met, and handling budgeting and financial aspects of the project.
- The Construction Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Must be COREN registered with minimum 5 years experience
- Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Project Control
- Expertise in Budgeting and Construction Safety
- Solid understanding of general Construction practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
