Job Description:
Responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Duties include supervising contractors, coordinating with architects and engineers, managing procurement of materials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will also handle client communications, change management, and project documentation.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience managing large construction projects.

Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of construction safety standards.
