Job Description:
Responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, time, and quality standards. Duties include supervising contractors, coordinating with architects and engineers, managing procurement of materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The manager will liaise with clients and stakeholders, manage risks, and oversee project documentation.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Extensive experience managing large construction projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Proficiency in project management software.
