Responsibilities

• Create and execute authentic continental menus.
• Innovate new recipes while maintaining quality & consistency.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and compliance with international standards.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Continental Chef.
• Specialisation in Indian, Italian & Egyptian cuisines.
• Creativity, discipline, and strong leadership in the kitchen.
