Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Core Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our growing team
  • If you’re passionate about designing, building, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our core infrastructure servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Provide technical expertise during presales engagements to ensure our infrastructure solutions are sound, scalable, and client-ready.
  • Collaborate closely with Cloud and Security teams to build hybrid and secure environments.
  • Mentor and guide infrastructure engineers while ensuring processes and documentation are top-notch.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or OEM certifications are a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering/operations (with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role).
  • Strong hands-on skills with servers, storage (SAN/NAS), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and hyperconverged systems.
  • Experience with backup, DR, and business continuity.
  • Exposure to presales or solution design processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
