We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creative Designer

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

General Description

  • Are you a creative designer with a strong eye for luxury, structure, and storytelling?
  • We are a growing real estate brand seeking a Creative Designer who can visually communicate properties, projects, and brand identity with excellence and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative content for property listings, social media posts, flyers, brochures, banners, and adverts.
  • Create visually appealing designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp marketing, and website use.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design materials (colors, fonts, tone, layout).
  • Design promotional materials for real estate campaigns, open houses, and launches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals for ads and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Edit and improve existing designs for better engagement and conversion.
  • Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc Degree / OND qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience.

Skills / Attributes:

  • Proven experience as a Creative or Graphic Designer (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create clean, professional, and luxury-style designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing previous design work.
