Job Title: Credit and Relationship Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • On-boarding of new customers and retention of existing ones
  • Growing the bank’s loan portfolio and deposit mobilization.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure consistent portfolio growth.
  • Documentation, evaluation, and processing of loan applications for management approval.
  • Driving the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly caseload and disbursement targets.
  • Post-disbursement loan monitoring and ensuring prompt repayment.
  • Ensuring full compliance with the bank’s credit policy.
  • Prompt recovery of loans in arrears, ensuring the set limits are not exceeded.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2– 3 years work experience.
  • Must have good computer knowledge
  • Must have good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Interpersonal relationship-building,
  • Great negotiationskills
  • Problemsolving, attention to detail, integrity, entrepreneurship mindset.
