Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time (Monday – Saturday)

About The Role

  • We are seeking a polite, customer-focused, and reliable Customer Care Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving basic complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Support daily front-desk and customer service operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and courteous service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc qualification.
  • Basic computer usage skills and ability to work with digital tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional customer interaction.
  • Smart, polite, patient, and customer-friendly with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve basic complaints, and deliver excellent service.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, well-organized, and able to follow instructions effectively.
  • Must reside within or very close to CMS or neighboring areas for easy commute.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
