Interrand Homes & Properties Limited (subsidiary of Interrand Group) is a reputable Construction and Real Estate Development company with offices in Abuja, Lagos and Ibadan.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relation Officer

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to client inquiries via calls, emails, and physical visits.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
  • Follow up with clients and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
  • Previous experience in customer relations/real estate is an added advantage.
  • Applicants must reside within Lugbe and its environs.
