Mamacass Restaurants Limited, a Quick Service Restaurant, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Agent (QSR)

Location: Victorial Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Greet customers and make them feel welcomed
  • Take orders and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all food served is of high quality and meets restaurant standards
  • Clean tables, chairs, and counters after each customer leaves
  • Stock food and beverage items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen
  • Follow health and safety protocols as outlined by the restaurant
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements

  • SSCE, ND holders
  • 2 – 3 years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent customer service skills.
