Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki, Ikota Axis – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases.
- Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
- Ensure a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office or CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Must reside within or very close to the Lekki/Ikota axis for ease of commute.
- Proximity to Lekki / Ikota is essential.
