Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Allen, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Lagos. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a reputable firm.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Must be available to resume immediately.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
